After four months of testing, tweaking, fermenting, and perfecting, Ashton created a gluten-free sourdough that doesn’t feel like a compromise. Made in small batches using premium artisan flours with zero preservatives, each loaf is naturally slow fermented for flavor, texture, and depth you simply can’t rush.
From start to finish, every loaf takes nearly 12 hours to create.
The result?
A beautifully crusty exterior with a soft, dense, chewy center full of those perfect little nooks and crannies that were made to hold melted butter, smashed avocado, peanut butter, jam, olive oil, or whatever delicious topping calls your name.
This is real bread made with patience, simple ingredients, and an old-world process, just without the gluten.

* We offer FREE deliveries within 10 miles of 34219, and you must have a cooler or something to put it in for a porch drop off.
* Local Farm Pick Up is available for anyone outside the delivery range at The Backyard BB 16314 Golf Course Rd, Parrish, FL 34219
On the checkout page with address, please add any gate codes needed to access, and have a cooler or box beside the door for porch delivery.
For Delivery Orders, customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information, including gate codes, access instructions, and a reachable phone number at the time of ordering.
If we are unable to complete delivery due to missing access information, unanswered phone calls, or no response to one courtesy text message, customers will have 15 minutes to respond before the delivery order is canceled without refund or store credit.
Each loaf is handcrafted from scratch and made fresh specifically for your pre-order.
For Farm Pick-Up orders, if you are unable to pick up your order on your selected pickup day, you may send someone in your place. Orders will be held for up to 24 hours after the scheduled pickup time. After that period, we can no longer guarantee maximum freshness or quality, and the order will be canceled without refund or store credit.
